Third Eye
The Third Eye was a summit on transgenders organised by social entrepreneur Vayjayanti Pugalia. The event addressed the core issues of “The Third Gender Community” via two moderated panel discussions comprising of renown community cause activists. To promote entrepreneurship amongst this community and to assist in the growth and development of the transgenders, there was a start up pitching session, followed by a fashion power walk which witnessed leading dignitaries walk to support the cause.
The Bengal Fashion Heritage 2018
The Bengal Fashion Heritage Week 2018 was an initiative to showcase handloom and embroidery heritage of Bengal; to preserve and promote the weavers and artisans, and grow their livelihood. The theme, ‘Walk the Winter in Silk’ featured the creations of designers exclusively from Bengal.
30 years of Kantha- November 2016
Celebrating the advent of the festive season and commemorating 30 years of Kantha revival, Shamlu Dudeja, our founder and chairperson organised a dazzling fashion show in October 2016 at ITC, Kolkata.
